YOUR RETREAT, YOUR WAY

Take Your Vacation a Little Deeper

You rent the house. We bring the retreat.  Your house, any house.  You pick the schedule for your day, the theme for the day, the food you would like to learn to prepare and enjoy on each day of your retreat (we have several menu choices--all plant based).  You decide on the length of your program (1-4 days).  You pick your retreat partners (friends, family, work cohorts).  Price based upon program selection and number of students.

YOGA

Professional Yoga Instruction.  Two experienced yoga teachers.  We meet you where you are in your practice, from the new beginner to the experienced student.  All props provided.

PLANT-BASED COOKING CLASSES

Both Debra and Frost are lifelong students of nutrition and healthful cooking.  Evening meals are prepared in community, so you can learn new methods and recipes to share when you return home.  Learn how to make vegetables and plant based meals that are simple, healthful and delicious.

MEDITATION AND BREATH

Whether you are new to the practice or experienced student, Meditation and Breath practices are offered as part of your experience.  We offer simple techniques and guided practices to help you get started on your path to wellness--body, mind and spirit.
